Arterra provided extensive landscape and site master planning input for this 240 hectare, steeply undulating site which involved the integration of over 1000 residential lots including medium density housing, an 18 hole championship golf course, golf clubhouse, recreational pathways and streetscape networks, bushfire protection zones and a village centre all within a partially wooded greenfield site.
This model coastal village formed a new community between Taree and Forster. Arterra also produced a comprehensive 50 page bound colour A4 booklet of Design Guidelines for Residential Development for the site. We were also heavily involved in the provision of marketing material for the project including sales brochure plans. Refer also to our work on Fairfax Lodge and openspace planning.
