Description:
Arterra prepared a master plan and report to guide the staged development and improvement of facilities over the next 50 years.
Key elements of the master plan included a defined entry statement, improving access to guide vehicular and pedestrian circulation across the site and provision of a variety of burial options. The site presents a beautiful rural setting and opportunities to increase usage by capitalising on the natural attributes of the site while minimising capital cost and maximising the potential return on investment.
Proposed staged implementation will maintain access and existing use throughout the development.
