Description:
The urban design and landscape master planning for this 125 hectare, undulating site involved the integration of over 1100 residential lots of varying density, a community hub, recreational open space and streetscape networks. This “model urban development” forms a valuable, well-integrated and sympathetic extension to the established Southern Highlands community of Moss Vale.
Arterra prepared the urban design and produced a comprehensive streetscape master plan document for the site. Our 3D modelling of the site proved a valuable medium to present the site planning clearly and simply to the community and Council.
