Retford park is a picturesque and important historical house and garden in the southern highlands. Arterra was engaged by the client to assist in the preparation of a site wide master plan for potential new development on the periphery of the existing house. The work included research and assessment of the landscape heritage and visual studies to determine the appropriate heritage curtilage to be applied and then site planning for residential and rural residential subdivision.
