Arterra was engaged by Tallwoods to undertake site planning and prepare a development masterplan for this steep but attractively oriented parcel of land overlooking the Tallwoods Village Championship Golf Course.
Lakeside Gardens, as it became known, was one of the first developments undertake in the estate and presented with difficult access and some steep slope areas. We worked closely with the engineers and client to develop a solution that optimised the site yield while providing desirable and buildable homes, within an attractively landscaped, connected community. All houses were oriented to retain commanding views over the stunning golf course and the centre piece of the development was a tennis court and communal swimming pool area. Arterra completed detailed landscape documentation for the subdivision as well as landscape plans for all the proposed houses.
