Description:
This 8550m2 urban consolidation site involved refurbishing a low and medium rise residential building and the construction of several new buildings offering a range of residential types. Arterra, working with Bonus Architects, prepared a landscape master plan for the site including detailed design resolution and documentation of the various project stages. The site focus was a large central public square which was achieved via a street closure. Several public spaces were created and dedicated to Council. The site was digitally modelled in 3D to aid presentation and communication of the site and landscape design.
