The landscape of this luxury 10 apartment complex ensures it sits comfortably within its historic context. The steep site is immediately adjacent to the 1850s Bishops Court estate that contained several significant Moreton Bay Fig trees. Arterra's expert witness role in the Land & Environment Court was pivotal in the project proceeding and its ultimate success. Our detailed 3D computer model of the proposed development proved a valuable tool in Court as well as during the design and documentation phases. Tree protection was a vital part of Arterra's design, documentation and construction administration role on this project.
