Description:
Arterra's design for the refurbishment of an intimate community childcare centre playground resulted from very close collaboration with the centre management staff, parents and Council. This combined with Arterra's deep understanding and experience in early childhood-based design has led to an intricate, beautiful and much loved garden full of adventure. Water, sand, trees, different foliage textures, a cubby house and a performance stage are some of the elements that combine to form the garden. 3D modelling was used as an effective communication tool for the stakeholders.
