Arterra has provided landscape architectural and consulting arboricultural input for site-wide landscape master planning and urban design including all public open spaces, parks and streetscapes. A key feature in the landscape design for this unique 1400 lot subdivision has been the integration and interpretation of historic keyline irrigation principles that were pioneered by PA Yeomans on this property during the 1950s and the innovative approaches taken to street tree implementation and placement.
