Arterra worked closely with the architects (Allen Jack + Cottier) and the client to master plan, design, coordinate, document and implement the external environment of the extension to a large aged care facility, incorporating dementia, full care and independent residents. Significant tree retention issues were a major factor in the design of the complex. Arterra were both the landscape architects and the consulting arborists for the project. Our role included the design of all external hardscape and softscape for the site.
