Arterra was engaged by the client to undertake a comprehensive inventory and assessment of all the trees that existed on the proposed retirement village site to guide the site planning. The trees were identified, tagged and visually assessed. A detailed  plan was prepared that outlined the tree retention values which was then used by Arterra to site the buildings and facilities in a considered way, retaining the most important trees.
