Medallist Developments engaged Arterra to provide extensive landscape design services to this exciting new development in the north-west residential release area of Sydney. Arterra provided landscaping input at an early stage into the overall site masterplan. Arterra has also designed, documented and contract administered over $2 million of residential streetscape and the Stage 1 neighbourhood park, which included an innovative and robust childrens playground, extensive kick-about area and spaces for families of all ages to gather and play. Our role is continuing on the following stages and the future village centre and clubhouse.
