This is a multi-award winning development that included the creation of 16 stylish beachfront townhouses that are intimate in scale, provide privacy and respond to spectacular ocean views and a seaside setting. The strikingly simple landscape design combines beautifully with simple lines of the Alex Popov designed building. Two large existing Norfolk Island Pines were retained and form an integral part of the fabric of the site.
