Arterra was engaged by Tallwoods to undertake site planning for this steep but attractively oriented parcel of land overlooking the Tallwoods Village Championship Golf Course. Fairfax Lodge, as it became known, was a tricky site with difficult access and steep slopes to overcome. Working together with the engineers and local home builders a solution that optimised the site yield while providing desirable and buildable home sites was achieved, all within an attractively landscaped and connected community.  Houses were oriented to retain commanding views over the stunning golf course, through careful attention to building envelope placement and roof height restrictions. Arterra went on to complete detailed landscape documentation for the subdivision as well as preparing landscape plans for all the proposed houses. We were also heavily involved in the provision of marketing material for the project including sales brochure and logo creation, marketing and display suite plans and graphics.
